Alliance Consult is a not-for-profit development consulting and empowerment organization based in Tamale, Ghana. Initially established as FUMEF Leadership and Media Consult (FUMEFLMC), the organization was founded to address leadership and media capacity gaps in Northern Ghana. However, in response to an evolving development landscape and expanded institutional focus, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, to rename the organization Alliance Consult.
This change reflects the organization’s broader mandate in governance reform, gender equity, youth empowerment, and institutional capacity development. Alliance Consult now operates as a Company Limited by Guarantee, positioning itself as a credible partner for donor-funded initiatives, government programs, and grassroots interventions across Ghana and Africa.
