ACADS operates as a semi-autonomous unit with academic and operational independence while remaining aligned with the mission and strategic direction of Alliance Consult. It has its own management and advisory structure:

  • Director / Centre Coordinator: Provides strategic leadership and program oversight.
  • Research Lead: Oversees scholarly work, publications, and academic collaboration.
  • Cultural Program Officer: Coordinates immersion activities, community engagement, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Manages logistics, communications, and documentation.

The Cultural and Academic Advisory Board comprising local traditional leaders, scholars, and development experts provides oversight, ensure ethical standards, and guide long-term strategy. ACADS submits quarterly performance and financial reports to Alliance Consult’s Board.
